Origin: The personal data were obtained by Arrenta Quarto Pilar from the interested parties themselves, as well as from third parties, such as Atlantic Bridge, to whom the interested parties provided their personal data by completing the document form and delivering documentation.
Need for treatment: The communication of personal data is a necessary requirement for contracting an insurance policy.
Legitimation and purposes of treatment: Based on the legal basis of entering into a contract to which the interested parties are a party and in compliance with legal obligations, personal data will be processed by Arrenta Quarto Pilar for the following purposes: (i) management of the request for contracting insurance; (ii) administrative, accounting and tax management for the collection of fees for contracted insurance policies; (iii) advise, before taking out the insurance and during its term, on the policy and any claims; (iv) offer, before the expiration of the insurance, information about possible improvements in the coverage of the policy; (v) handle complaints; and (vi) carry out mediation to resolve any controversy arising from the contracted policy. Before providing the personal data of the members of their household, the Insured undertakes to inform them about the content of this communication.
Recipients: On a legitimate basis in the performance of a contract to which the interested parties are parties, personal data will be communicated to ARAG (https://www.arag.es/politica-de-privacidad/) or any other insurer with which the Arrenta Quarto Pilar collaborate in the future to manage the contracting of the insurance policy. Likewise, Renta Quarto Pilar contracts with third parties responsible for the treatment to provide auxiliary services that imply support functions necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes of the treatment indicated in this communication.
Transfers: Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
Conservation: Personal data will be conserved as long as the purposes and legitimate grounds of the treatment are maintained and during the legal deadlines for the fulfillment of obligations and attention to possible responsibilities.
Rights: Interested parties may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition, portability, right to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the legality of the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including the definition of profiles, by means of written communication addressed to Arrenta Quarto Pilar to the postal address: C/ Velázquez 22, 5º Izda, 28001 Madrid and/or to the email address : protecciondedatos@arrenta-qp.es, indicating the right being exercised and attaching a copy of any valid document proving your identity. Likewise, interested parties have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, in particular, when they consider that the exercise of any of their rights has not been satisfied.
